We’re just getting over the holiday weekend—so if you feel a little out of rhythm, that’s completely understandable. Let’s take a moment to appreciate what went well over the weekend, even if things felt different than usual.

And just as importantly: recognizing that getting back into routine can require real effort. Functional health is not only about the celebrations—it’s also about the practical, day-to-day systems that help your body function well (energy management, nervous system support, movement, nutrition, sleep, and consistency). 

What’s one health habit you’re returning to after the weekend?

(Examples: bedtime routine, steps goal, meal prep, acupuncture, hydration)
